Once a piece is sold, it will not be restocked.

How much do custom hats cost?

Custom hats start from £100.

Most designs range between £110–£130, depending on the level of detail, materials and finishes.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes — a £50 deposit is required to secure your custom booking.

The remaining balance is confirmed once your design is finalised and must be paid before your hat is shipped.

Deposits are non-refundable.

How long do custom hats take?

Turnaround times vary depending on design complexity and current orders.

You will be given an estimated timeframe before your custom begins.

How do I choose the right size?

If you’re unsure of your size, you can measure your head using a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head.

Most hats are available in:

• Small (57–58cm)
• Medium (58–59cm)
• Large (59-60cm)

Some styles are adjustable.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes — UK shipping is added at checkout with all orders.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped securely.

Do you accept returns?

Custom hats are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.

Ready-to-ship hats may be returned within 7 days if unworn and in original condition.

Yes — this is encouraged.
