By accessing or purchasing from Country Charm, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL

Country Charm is a UK-based business offering custom and ready-to-ship western hats.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. PRODUCTS & CUSTOM WORK

Each hat is thoughtfully designed and customized by hand. Due to the nature of custom work:

  • No two items will be identical

  • Minor variations are part of the design process

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen displays

Custom hats are created based on individual design discussions and are final sale.

3. PRICING

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

Custom hats start from the advertised base price, with final pricing depending on design complexity and materials used.

Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.

4. PAYMENTS

Payment must be made in full at checkout for ready-to-ship items.

For custom hats, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.

Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

5. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

Country Charm is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Responsibility for the item transfers to the customer once it has been marked as delivered.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy.

Custom hats are final sale.

Ready-to-ship hats may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

7. LIABILITY

Country Charm is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper care or handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, branding, text, and designs, remains the property of Country Charm and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
