Thank you for supporting Country Charm. Each hat is thoughtfully designed and customised with care and intention. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.
CUSTOM HATS
All custom hats are final sale.
Custom pieces are created specifically to reflect your personal design choices, and for this reason, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so the issue can be resolved promptly.
Deposits for custom hats are non-refundable.
LIMITED DROPS / READY-TO-SHIP HATS
Ready-to-ship hats may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and unworn

It is returned in its original condition

It has not been altered or damaged
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
